Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Roles offer flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and paid training to become an RBT, with a clear pathway from BA to BCBA and a quarterly bonus for higher hours. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
