Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking part-time Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA sessions.

The role offers a clear pathway to obtain RBT certification and potential growth into a full-time capacity as caseloads expand. We provide complimentary 40-hour RBT training, a family-friendly schedule, and opportunities for career advancement within PBS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; further degrees a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
