Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team providing ABA services to children with autism.

Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and opportunities for advancement. You'll work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and coordinate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients, stand/lift as needed (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
