Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles.

Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and a clear ABA career path for children with autism. As a Behavior Assistant, you will gain complimentary RBT training and work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, advancing toward becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
