Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Free RBT training and career growth pathways are offered in a supportive, flexible environment. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology or education background a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
