Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking energetic Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering training to pursue RBT certification and a clear career path. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, data collection, family communication, and participation in regular supervision and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
