Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and registered technicians. Roles are part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads grow, offering an opportunity to enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue BCBA goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or education a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in home, school or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
