Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles include 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

The organization emphasizes training, career growth, and flexible scheduling. Initial part-time roles offer opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand, with stipends for training and potential raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related child-focused fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA approaches under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
