Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, with training and pathways to becoming an RBT. PBS offers flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, paid holidays, retirement matching, paid travel, and broad benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, ability to sit on the floor and work with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
