Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a path to become an RBT through complimentary training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Roles subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
