Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliably transport.
• Able to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
