Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in Alabama. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, ABA-based plans, and data tracking under a BCBA supervion. PBS offers mentoring, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and benefits like flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
