Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Birmingham, AL is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA's supervision, implement ABA plans, collect data, and coordinate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of data collection and progress tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
