Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company, seeks a compassionate BCBA to design and monitor behavior support services for students with emotional and developmental challenges.

The role emphasizes collaboration across therapeutic, educational, and residential teams to deliver trauma-informed, data-driven interventions that promote growth, safety, and long-term skills. Full-time, first shift with occasional flexibility.

Formación

• Must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with autism or related disabilities; 3+ preferred.
• Experience with PBS, trauma-informed care, MTSS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a clinical consultant on behavior analysis across Therapeutic Services, Education and Residential programs.
• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs with fidelity to BACB ethics and regulations.
• Coach staff and model behavioral strategies to ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align interventions with therapeutic and educational goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation for audits and internal reporting.

Educación

Masters Degree

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire

Minimum 2 years of experience with autism or related disabilities in residential/clinical/educational settings
