Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath company, is seeking a BCBA to serve as Clinical Leader in Oconomowoc, WI. You will guide teams delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based behavior supports to students with emotional and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with autism in residential, clinical, or educational settings.
• Experience with PBS, trauma-informed care, and MTSS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a behavioral consultant across educational, residential, therapeutic, and healthcare settings.
• Conduct functional and behavioral assessments to identify student needs and inform interventions.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate behavior support strategies.
• Use behavioral data to inform clinical decisions and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching, consultation, and real-time support to staff.
• Deliver training on Positive Behavior Supports and evidence-based practices.
