Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor specializing as a BCBA, LABA, or BCaBA to lead assessments, design individualized behavior change plans, and monitor progress for children with special needs.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff, and ensure high-quality documentation and treatment effectiveness in a supportive, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA, LABA, or BCBA certification/license (or ability to apply).
• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to applied behavior analysis.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavioral assessments, identify goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized behavior change plans.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and progress.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff.
