Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam required.
• Immunities to MMR/VZV required during onboarding.
• Hybrid work with in-home supervision and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plan fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs addressing client needs and parent education.
• Maintain professional poise in challenging situations and adapt to change.
• Communicate proactively to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
