Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking qualified BCBA/LABA professionals to join our ABA team delivering therapy to children with special needs. You will conduct behavioral assessments, devise goals, supervise technicians, and coordinate with families and school staff to maximize progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA or LABA eligible; BCBA certification is preferred.

• Develop individualized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
