Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to guide practicum hours toward BCBA certification, with paid unrestricted hours and dedicated supervision. Base pay ranges, signing bonuses, and structured Apex Program support are included to help you progress toward licensing.

The role involves supervising RBTs, writing Behavior Intervention Plans, and participating in ESDM trainings while you work toward BCBA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s program in ABA or related field, enrolled or recently completed.
• Within ~400–600 practicum hours toward BCBA eligibility.
• Excellent rapport-building with families as a behavior therapist.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming and planning.
• Emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs in ESDM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for 3–5 client cases, 20 paid unrestricted hours per week.
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BIPs using PFA and SBT approaches.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance using Soar curricula.
• Conduct and write assessment reports, including Vineland, QABF, FAST.
• Receive coaching from Local Clinical Trainer and other BCBAs.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Psychology in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Deliver direct client therapy (10–20 hours/week) as needed.
