Job summary

True U ABA is seeking a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to boost their North Carolina practice. This role allows you to shape the future of ABA therapy for children with autism. With flexible hours, initial tasks include evaluations, treatment planning, and team leadership within a vibrant environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have a passion for working in behavioral therapy and aiding children with ASD.
  • Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Dedicated, creative and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluations of children with an ASD diagnosis and draw up treatment plans.
  • Train and supervise behavioral therapists and lead a team of BCBA's and RBTs.
  • Vetting RBTs and networking with PCPs.

Job description

True U ABA is looking for a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help kickstart our North Carolina practice!

This is a unique opportunity for you to launch and or build your career. Your distinctive methods and ideas will help shape our practice!

True U ABA is an all-new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

This is a full-time job. However, your job can begin very part time and transition to full time. The schedule is flexible.

Initial responsibilities will include providing material for our social and communication domains, vetting RBTs, networking with PCPs, and becoming intimately familiar with our software program.

Once established, you will provide evaluations of children with an ASD diagnosis, draw up treatment plans, train and supervise behavioral therapists, and eventually lead a team of BCBA's and RBTs.
