Remote Accommodations Clinical Specialist - Bilingual French, Hindi, Bengali, or more

We are seeking bilingual remote candidates fluent in French, Dutch, Hindi, Bengali, German, Mandarin, or Portuguese. Candidates must reside within the United States and be available to work within specified hours (Monday to Friday, various shifts CST).

Primary Purpose: Conduct clinical evaluations on claims requiring review based on medical condition, client needs, and complexity. Collaborate with providers and employees to facilitate accurate claim assessments and successful return-to-work processes within disability and accommodation guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating complex claims for work restrictions and accommodations.
• Performing medical reviews and documenting decisions.
• Communicating with employees and providers about clinical status and work capacity.
• Providing recommendations for ongoing medical management.
• Supporting claims examiners with medical expertise.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; current CRC or RN license required. At least 4 years of related experience, including return-to-work or claims management. Strong knowledge of medical practices, claims procedures, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Work Environment: Capable of sitting for extended periods, handling multiple priorities, and traveling as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
