Overview

We are seeking dedicated BCBAs in North Carolina to oversee caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Develop and implement policies based on behavior analysis principles.
  • Provide daily support to staff and families.
  • Supervise and train BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and team members.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders for effective care coordination.
  • Stay updated on ABA research and Autism treatment developments.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development.
  • Ensure services comply with insurance regulations and are accurately billed.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in child development, psychology, or related field with relevant coursework.
  • Active BACB Certification and meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
  • North Carolina LBA certification.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working with children with Autism.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to professional growth and best practices.
  • Passion for positively impacting children and families.
