Overview
We are seeking dedicated BCBAs in North Carolina to oversee caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Develop and implement policies based on behavior analysis principles.
- Provide daily support to staff and families.
- Supervise and train BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and team members.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders for effective care coordination.
- Stay updated on ABA research and Autism treatment developments.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development.
- Ensure services comply with insurance regulations and are accurately billed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in child development, psychology, or related field with relevant coursework.
- Active BACB Certification and meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
- North Carolina LBA certification.
- Minimum two years’ experience working with children with Autism.
- Active CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and best practices.
