What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Executive Director in managing all clinical functions of the program
- Provide leadership during clinical staff meetings in the absence of the Executive Director
- Implement plans for performance improvement and staff development
- Facilitate communication with ancillary services and assist in client admissions
- Ensure the program operates in line with key performance indicators and promote program growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in social work, nursing, nutrition, or a related services field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients, preferably via telehealth
- Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, with independent license required
- Knowledge of state licensure requirements for practicing via telehealth
- Strong communication skills and ability to enforce telehealth etiquette with clients and staff
