Virtual Assistant Clinical Director - West Coast

Monte Nido

100% Remote (Pacific or Mountain time)

Independent license in AZ/OR preferred

Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary team approach, integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

The Virtual Assistant Clinical Director assists the Executive Director in managing all clinical functions of the program, provides leadership to clinical staff, supports marketing efforts for the virtual program, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. This position is fully remote with up to semi-annual travel.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Enforce telehealth etiquette and program philosophy with team and clients.
  • Lead clinical staff meetings in the absence of the Executive Director.
  • Support staff performance improvement and development.
  • Coordinate communication with ancillary services and outpatient teams.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing new staff.
  • Oversee client length of stay and program completion metrics.
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to facilitate inter-departmental communication.
  • Build positive relationships with staff and collaborate with the program team.
  • Communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff.
  • Understand and communicate emergency procedures.
  • Assist in directing and supervising the program.
  • Support client admission and intake processes.
  • Model therapeutic eating habits during shifts.
  • Ensure clinical staff meet educational and licensure requirements.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment with flexibility.
  • Create a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
  • Help formulate standards for patient care.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators such as attendance, outcomes, and utilization.
  • Promote program growth through outreach and partnerships.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
