Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design, supervise, and optimize ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will mentor RBTs and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize reduction of challenging behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
