Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise assistants, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver high-quality services.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you’ll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and ensure ethical practice per BACB guidelines. The role requires travel to client locations and a commitment to family-centered care and outcomes that improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
