Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the St. Louis area to lead evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.

You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, oversee assessment and treatment progress, and collaborate with families, therapists, and clinical leaders. Missouri licensure or eligibility is required, along with a Master’s degree in ABA or related field and a strong passion for early intervention.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Missouri licensure or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress of children.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

What We’re Offering

• Up to 31 Paid Days Off Annually: Enjoy 12 paid holidays, 4 paid personal days, and the potential to earn 15 PTO days, providing over six weeks of combined paid time off.
• Up to $100,000 Base Salary: Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible Florissant positions and $5,000 for eligible St. Peters positions.
• Four Days Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility: Combine time with your clinic team with opportunities to complete appropriate responsibilities remotely.

• No RBT Coverage: Focus on BCBA clinical care, supervision, and leadership without filling technician shifts.
• No Billing Paperwork: We’ve got you covered with a dedicated billing team.
• No Driving Between Locations: Work at one clinic without traveling between homes, schools, or multiple clinics during your workday.
• No Making Up Hours: You won’t be expected to make up hours missed because of client cancellations.
• Predictable Hours: Weekday clinic schedules with evenings and weekends off.
