Job summary

AB Spectrum in the St. Louis area is seeking a licensed BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA plans for children, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs.

You will spend meaningful face-to-face time with kids and collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership. Four days onsite with hybrid flexibility, small caseloads (5–8 children), and a supportive team dedicated to therapy transformed through ReggioABA.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

What We’re Offering

• Up to $100K Base Salary: Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities.

• No Making Up Hours: You won’t be expected to make up hours missed because of client cancellations.
• Predictable Hours: Weekday clinic schedules with evenings and weekends off.
