Job summary

AB Spectrum in the St. Louis area is hiring BCBAs to lead evidence-based ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. You’ll oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families, speech therapists, and clinical leaders.

The role features four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, limited caseloads (5–8 children per BCBA), private clinics, and a strong focus on meaningful face-to-face time. Competitive compensation up to $100k base, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
