Job summary

AB Spectrum Saint Peters, Missouri, is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families.

This role features a four-day onsite schedule with hybrid flexibility, a tight caseload of 5–8 children per BCBA, and competitive compensation with performance bonuses and sign-on incentives.

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for Missouri licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
