Job summary

AB Spectrum in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will develop and supervise treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work closely with families and the clinical team.

This role offers four days onsite with hybrid flexibility, a manageable caseload of 5–8 children per BCBA, paid time off, and a path for leadership growth through mentoring and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

What We’re Offering

• Up to $100,000 Base Salary: Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities.

• No Billing Paperwork: We’ve got you covered with a dedicated billing team.


• No Driving Between Locations: Work at one clinic without traveling between homes, schools, or multiple clinics during your workday.


• No Making Up Hours: You won’t be expected to make up hours missed because of client cancellations.


• Predictable Hours: Weekday clinic schedules with evenings and weekends off.
