AB Spectrum in St. Louis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Therapy Transformed team. You will develop evidence-based ABA plans and spend quality time with children in our ReggioABA environment.

You will supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and clinicians, and contribute to outstanding outcomes in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians
• Commitment to early intervention and diverse learners
• Excellent communication with caregivers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress of children.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs.
• Spend substantial face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leaders.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.

What We're Offering

• Up to 27 Paid Days Off Annually: Enjoy 12 paid holidays plus the potential to earn 15 PTO days, providing over five weeks of combined paid time off and holidays.
• Up to $100,000 Base Salary: Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible Florissant positions and $5,000 for eligible St. Peters positions.
• Four-Day Workweek Opportunities: A 25-hour weekly billable expectation designed to be achievable within four days.
• Only 5–8 Children Per BCBA: Exceptionally small caseloads allowing more meaningful face-to-face time with each child.
• No RBT Coverage: Your role is BCBA clinical care, supervision, and leadership, not filling technician shifts.

• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
