Dungarvin is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) for on-site work across Sonoma and Solano Counties. The role emphasizes clinical services for adults with IDD, without billable hour requirements, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BSPs, monitor progress, and train staff while collaborating with leaders, families, and regional teams to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification or California independent licensure pathway eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Review data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train and coach direct support professionals on behavior plans and data collection.
• Provide direct clinical support during challenging cases.
• Collaborate with Program Directors and interdisciplinary teams.
