Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), LMFT, or LCSW with California licensure.
• Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans and functional behavior assessments.
• Provide direct clinical support within day programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including staff and families.
