Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) for on-site work with adults in Sonoma and Solano Counties, CA. The role emphasizes clinical care over billable hours, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA in good standing with BACB (Option 1) or Licensed Psychologist/LMFT/LCSW or other CA independent licensure with ABA coursework (Option 2).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services (CA).
• Ability to work on-site across Sonoma and Solano Counties; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, observations, and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BSPs.
• Train and coach direct support professionals on behavior plans and data collection.
• Prepare clinical documentation, progress reports, and pre-admission assessments.
• Collaborate with Program Directors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
