Dungarvin is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) for on-site work with adults in Sonoma and Solano Counties, CA. The role emphasizes clinical care over billable hours, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and mileage reimbursement.
Starting salary is $89,187 per year, with a full wage scale of $89,187 to $96,749.13. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, supplemental insurance, HSA, pet insurance, life insurance, 401K with employer match, generous PTO, and ongoing
No billable hour requirements. A consistent weekday schedule. Meaningful clinical work with adults.
At Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible through person-centered, community-based services. Our programs focus on real-life outcomes, consistency, and long-term progress.
As a Behavior Analyst, you'll provide hands-on clinical services within our adult day programs in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Fairfield, and Vacaville. You'll conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and work closely with individuals, direct support staff, and program leadership to create meaningful progress in everyday settings.
This isn't a traditional clinic-based ABA role. It's an opportunity to focus on clinical care, collaboration, and real-world outcomes without the pressure of billable hour requirements.
This position supports our four adult day programs in Sonoma and Solano Counties, with the workweek divided between the two counties based on clinical priorities and program needs. You can generally expect to spend two to three days per week in each county, with designated workdays at each location rather than traveling between counties during the same day. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must be comfortable regularly working in both counties.
Work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
As a Behavior Analyst, you'll play an active role in developing and supporting individualized behavioral services that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
If you are looking for a stable weekday schedule, meaningful clinical work with adults, building relationships with staff, seeing real progress over time, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive organization, this role offers that balance.
Experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, community-based programs, and staff training is valued.
If you enjoy being directly involved in behavioral services, working alongside staff, and developing strategies that make a difference in everyday life, this opportunity offers a different approach to traditional ABA work.
We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
