You will work under the IEP, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster safe, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to support IEP goals.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management when needed.
• Record data on student behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the multidisciplinary team.
