Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs under IEP guidance.

You will work one-on-one with a student, help implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while communicating with families. Must have a high school diploma; pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings with behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement and record data on behaviors, progress toward goals and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Foster a positive environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
