Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide for K-12 students needing behavioral supports. You will work one-on-one per IEP, assist in behavior plans, and support a multidisciplinary team to foster student success.

Responsibilities include data tracking, de-escalation, transportation duties, and parent communication. A High School diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals with accommodations as needed.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and implement strategies.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Use de-escalation, crisis management, and physical safety procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
• Transport students to and from school using a school vehicle.
