AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks a part-time Before School Group Leader at Earl Boyles Elementary in Portland, OR. You will lead a small group of students through morning activities, promote safety, and support a welcoming learning environment.

Schedule: M-F 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and possible sub for PM 2:30 -6:00 pm

In This Role, You Will

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
  
  

This Role Is Ideal For Educators With Experience In

• Teaching or classroom leadership
• Youth programs
• Staff supervision or team leadership
• Elementary Education college students
  
  

Here's What You'll Need
