Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader at West Union Elementary School in Hillsboro, OR. This after-school role guides a small group of students through engaging activities and ensures a safe, supportive environment after the school day.

You will help run World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts activities, build positive relationships with students and families, and collaborate with school staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 240+ hours of experience preferred.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
