AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Group Leader Substitute for Norman Public Schools, serving Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. You will lead groups through daily curriculum activities in a high-energy environment, ensuring child safety and supportive, inclusive spaces for students after school.

You will gain leadership experience while collaborating with a team, with opportunities to work across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts programs.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
• Preferred 1 year of childcare experience with Elementary-aged students.

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Substitute, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
