Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Part-Time Before School Group Leader at Vanguard Schools in Colorado Springs, CO. You will supervise a small group of students and lead activities that spark fitness, arts, technology, and curiosity.

Candidates should have at least 455 verifiable hours with children and be 18+. You must meet CO childcare licensing requirements and maintain a flexible schedule that fits our program staffing needs.

• Proof of experience per CO childcare licensing regulations.

• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, and parents.

Location: Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location), Colorado Springs, CO 80905

Schedule: Part time! Monday-Friday, 6:30 am til start of school

Here's What You'll Need

• A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
