Job summary

AlphaBEST Education: After-School Group Leader/Group Leader Assistant in Loveland, CO. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm at Bamford Elementary.

You will lead students through daily activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while prioritizing safety and keeping spaces organized. Join a team that fosters inclusive environments, strong relationships with families and staff, and offers part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In this role, you will:

Requirements:

Pay & Benefits:

• $15.25-$16.25 per hour (depending on experience)
