Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is hiring a Part-time Before/After School Group Leader in Colorado Springs, CO, at Vanguard Schools. The role covers a split schedule: 6:30 am until school start (AM shift) and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm (PM shift) as needed, Monday through Friday.

The position requires at least 455 hours of childcare experience, a flexible schedule, and documentation per Colorado licensing rules. The role offers part-time benefits, an employee referral program, and tuition discounts for dependents.

Qualifications

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am til start of school -AM shift/ 2:30 - 6:00 pm PM shift (sub)

• A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
