Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Group Leader at Eyestone Elementary School in Wellington, CO.

This part-time role runs M-F from 2:00/2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, providing engaging before and after-school activities and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for students. You'll guide groups through interactive curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), collaborate with staff, and contribute to a positive school-day experience for families and children

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with 460 hours of verifiable experience with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• PDIS level 2 on Colorado Shines Professional Development Information System

Responsibilities

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In this role, you will:
