Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks a part-time Group Leader for our before and after-school program at Rangeview Elementary School in Severance, CO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00/2:30 pm–6:00 pm, with pay between $15.25 and $16.25 per hour.

A high school diploma and childcare experience are required. Join a team that fosters learning, safety, and engagement after school. You will guide students through curricula in languages, STEAM, fitness, maker activities and arts, while building positive

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
