Job summary

AlphaBEST Education in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Before/After School Group Leader Substitute to support daily curriculum activities and supervise students after school.

Schedule: M-F 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm; no weekends. You will emphasize child safety, assist with World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, and collaborate with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• 18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience preferred.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agency.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
