AlphaBEST Education in Windsor, CO is seeking a part-time Group Leader/Assistant to support before and after school programs at Hollister Elementary. Shifts align with school days, mornings and/or afternoons, providing meaningful supervision and activities.

You will lead activities, ensure safety, maintain clean spaces, and build positive relationships with students, families, and staff. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours).

AlphaBEST Education: Before and After School Group Leader /Assistant

Location: Hollister Elementary School - 550 Sundance Dr, Windsor, CO 80550

Schedule: Monday - Friday; AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and/or PM shift 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
