Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Professional to lead before and after school activities at Kent Island and Matapeake Elementary in Stevensville, MD. This part-time role fits around the school day, with pay of $15.00 per hour and a $200 hiring bonus.

You will supervise groups, deliver curriculum through World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts, prioritize child safety, keep spaces clean, and build strong relationships with students, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included

Hours: Monday through Friday am 6:15am-9am pm 3pm-6pm
